Placed in the middle of an orchard, in a quiet area of Bacau, Margo LOUNGE & BUSINESS RESORT, opened the doors for its guests in 2012.

Being only 10 minutes away from downtown, 15 minutes from Business Center „Mircea Cancicov” and 20 minutes from the airport, near the Arboretum Park Hemeiuș-Lilieci, the pension is ideally positioned for both leisure, private events and business meetings.

We made a rich bouquet of services to empathize with the needs and desires of our guests. Therefore, the 15 accommodation Rooms, the Restaurant, the Summer Terrace, the Meetings Hall, the Wellness Center, the Swimming Pool and Tennis Court are available for your spoiling and pleasure.

Hemeiusi-Lilieci Arboretum

Located in Bistrita river valley presents itself as a real forest, containing over 1300 species of trees and shrubs, and 600 species of roses, being from this point of view the most diverse forest in Moldova.

*In Hemeius Park, were made in 1980 frames for the movie „Wonderful Grove”, developed after a novel written by Mihail Sadoveanu and directed by Elisabeta Bostan.

Lilieci Lake

Around the lake has created a beautifully natural habitat where different species of birds and animals coexist toghether such as: swan, duck with red bow, pheasant, wild boar, deer and rabbit. Here is the single area in the country where the duck with the red bow lives. It is also a suitable place for the tourists passionate about fishing.

Cheile Bicazului – Hasmaş National Park and Red Lake

Is of a great geological, geomorphologic, paleontological and landscape interest. The Bicaz Gorges are famous in Romania also because of their impressive dimension. At the same time, the Red Lake, formed through the natural blocking of the Bicaz River’s waters (1837) offers lovely scenery to the eyes. (Bacau – Bicaz -> 84 km)
