7. For how long your data is stored

SC MIATUR SRL retains your personal data only for the period necessary for the purposes explained in point 4.

When you subscribe to our newsletters or download the free resources, we store your email address, your first and last name, until you unsubscribe (the unsubscribe link is included in all our emails right at the bottom of the message ).

When you contact SC MIATUR SRL using any contact method (email, phone number, contact form), your data will be stored for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction with us, and then deleted.

When you are our customer by purchasing products and / or services, we process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relations and subsequently according to the legal obligations incumbent on SC MIATUR SRL (in the case of the financial and accounting documents, the retention term stipulated by the law is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were drawn up).

If you contact us to become a partner or affiliate, your data will be stored for the entire duration of the contract and for five (5) years from the time the contract is terminated.

Data relating to the user accounts you have created will be stored for the entire duration of the registration and for two (2) years from the moment the account is closed.

We are obliged to respond within one (1) month to all requests for the exercise of these rights. This period may be extended to two (2) months for complex applications or a very large volume.

The information provided as well as the measures taken in exercising the abovementioned rights are provided by SC MIATUR SRL free of charge. However, if the claims are unfounded or excessive (repetitive), we may either charge you a fee or refuse the request.

Users consent to the site to use this data to respond to orders placed and to ship the products ordered through the courier companies for which they have opted to place the order.
